Glides - Adjusts up and down and swivels extremely easily. The back of the chair will be removed to store substantially on shipping ( It slides right back on pretty easily and is held in place by 4 screws - if you would rather the back be left on then please let me know before purchase so that I can recalculate the shipping to accommodate the larger size. It stands about 32 tall but will adjust and is about 16 across seat.
