This Samantha Vega laptop case bag was purchased from a store 2-3 years ago.

It comes with a shoulder strap.

Pictures 4 & 5 show minor, barely noticeable dirt on the outer surface.
Pictures 6 & 7 show stains and yellowing over a wide area on the inner top surface of both sides.
Picture 11 shows minor scratches that do not affect use.
