I have a vague memory of how and where I got this, but it's a twin pen with an illustration of Tsuyoshi Kusanagi from a collaboration with him. It's a sweet-smelling Ippon Manzoku Bar pen with red and blue ink.

It's been opened, but it's brand latest and unused, only having been used for a test write.
