I am not completely sure what the proper use is for this item but I have found that others say it is a jelly strainer or a tea strainer. It is a distinctive item and functionally strains water through the holes. It has a blue floral pattern and is unmarked with any branding. It’s in terrific condition with no chips or markings. The height is about 5.75” and width is about 6” including the handle.
