Comes with a brand newly-released valve installed and 5x additional replacement flints (12mm. x 2.2mm. each). It is the maximum allowable length that can be put in these Bics. It'll last a truly long time as long as you're capable of replacing the flints.
Each flint averages 3-5 refills depending on how it's used. Do the math... each flint keeps you from buying approximately 4 Bic lighters and you acquire 5x of them. I've seen individual Bics at the gas station as high as $3.99 each and when you really need one, you will gladly pay it.
